Refund policy

At NADEnVIE, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nancyvn1702@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt a proof of purchase. Purchase made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
